i worked in a company for 24 years. They laid off me in November 2024. It was very shocking to me. I was jobless for 8 months and got a contract role in July 2025. Now, I am working as a contractor. Recruiter contacted me and mentioned about a contract role available in my previous company. He is going to submit my resume. Will i get that contract position in my previous company? Will i get any other role in that previous company? Should I try for any other full-time role in the previous company?
